From the time we purchased a Panasonic Viera Smart TV until now, Panasonic has never released any firmware updates or even security patches for this range.

Apps selections are extremely poor with many well known apps missing from the Panasonic platform.

Android Apps designed to work with this model simply do not work and in some cases Panasonic abandoned some features.

I summary, we have been extremely disappointed with Panasonics complete lack of support for this product.
