Solution
We found that a non-destructive solution is possible.
- Uninstall “Client Connector for Windows Server Essentials”
- Remove Scheduled Tasks – Path Microsoft\Windows\Windows Server Essentials (remove each task then the folder)
- No reboot required
Now navigate to HTTPS:\\[YourWSEServer]\connect and reinstall the connector
Client machine may reboot (some did others did not)
Test by performing a Manual Client Backup.
